Order Policy

All products are freshly prepared upon receiving confirmed orders.

We do not keep ready stock.

Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis only.

Custom orders and special requests are accepted subject to availability and feasibility.

Delivery & Takeaway

Delivery charges must be paid directly by the customer.

We currently deliver only in selected cities across India.

Takeaway orders are available.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, order quantity, and product availability.
Party & Bulk Orders

We accept pre-ordered party orders.

Tray orders for parties, events, and gatherings are available.

Bulk orders for sweets, namkeen, and other homemade products are accepted based on advance confirmation.
Jain & Special Requirements

Jain options are available on selected items only.

Customers are requested to confirm Jain requirements at the time of placing the order.

Special dietary requests may be accommodated based on product availability.
Product Availability

Certain products may be seasonal or available only during specific periods.

For products not listed on our menu, customers may contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.

We also prepare various homemade food items on a request-only basis.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since all products are freshly prepared and made to order:

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after preparation has begun.

Refunds will generally not be applicable for food products once prepared or dispatched.

In case of any issue with the order, customers are requested to contact us immediately.
Damage During Delivery

We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party delivery services, courier partners, porter services, or transportation arranged by the customer.

No refund, replacement, or compensation shall be provided for damages occurring during such transportation.
Limitation of Liability
USA Homemakers shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, natural events, technical issues, or third-party service failures.
